By using First Round (firstround.fun) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
First Round provides interactive trivia and party games for venues and their guests, plus tools for venues to run and promote game nights. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
SMS messaging program
If you opt in with your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and reminder text messages from First Round on behalf of the participating venue. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. Venues are responsible for obtaining valid consent from the people they message through the platform and for the content of those messages.
Payments
Paid plans and ticketed nights are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Round is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
